Where can I get free mental health support online without a diagnosis

I don't have a formal diagnosis and I can't afford copays right now. I still need free mental health support online — somewhere to talk about anxiety, low mood, and feeling stuck without a intake form or insurance gate. Peer support sounds right but I don't know what's legit vs sketchy. What do you use when you need support but professional care isn't accessible yet?
