Shizuka provides a space for peer support between people with shared experiences. It is not therapy, medical care, or emergency services. Shizuka is a peer-support platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline.

Who can use Shizuka

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these Terms.

Community standards

• Be kind, respectful, and supportive
• Do not harass, bully, or share hate speech
• Do not impersonate others or share misleading content
• Report content that violates our safety guidelines
• Follow moderator decisions and account restrictions

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Usernames are permanent to support moderation and community trust. You may export or delete your account from Settings.

Moderation

We may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten community safety. Moderators act to keep spaces supportive — not to provide clinical judgment.

Limitation of liability

Shizuka is provided “as is.” We are not liable for advice or support shared by community members. In a crisis, contact emergency services or use our crisis resources.
