Why do I feel so alone at night when everyone else seems fine

Daytime I can distract myself. The second it gets quiet — especially after midnight — the loneliness hits hard. I scroll through contacts and feel like there's nobody I can message without bothering them. I know people say they're always there but I never believe it at 2am. Does anyone else feel alone at night even when your life looks okay from the outside?

Yes. I also feel lonely on somedays. I am not getting sleep.
Nights are quite, ur not busy, life seems to have stopped. Ur brain gets a little distance from the servive only mode. U think a lot. U overthink, u want to share some of ur thoughts or problems, but there is no one safe or reliable enough to text or call. That's why nights are more painful, more vivid and feel more Burdensome. During the day u have other stuff to focus on. It's been like this for me
