We broke up three weeks ago and I feel like I lost my best friend and my routine at once. Friends said their piece and moved on. I don't want advice about moving on — I want to talk to someone who's been lonely after a breakup and gets the waves at random times. Grocery store meltdowns. Songs on shuffle. Is there a support space for this that isn't dating apps or toxic ex forums?
