Why do I keep checking on everyone but nobody checks on me

I send the 'you okay?' texts. I remember birthdays. I show up when someone is having a rough week. But when I'm the one struggling, my phone stays quiet for days. I tell myself people are busy, but it still stings. Last night I scrolled through old messages wondering if I'm just the reliable friend nobody actually worries about. I don't want to become bitter about it. Has anyone else felt like the person who holds space for everyone but rarely gets it back?
