I feel alone in my marriage even when we're together
Posted Jul 27
We live in the same house, sleep in the same bed, and somehow I feel lonelier than when I was single. We talk about logistics — bills, schedules, the kid's school — but not about how we're actually doing. I try to start deeper conversations and they fizzle. I don't think he doesn't care. I think we've forgotten how to be vulnerable with each other. I'm scared this is just what long-term relationships become. Has anyone found their way back to feeling connected?
